This Friday afternoon, we will have Broken Shed Vodka in the store to let you sample their Vodka!
From the Distillery:
Great vodka requires clean and pure ingredients — so there is no better place than New Zealand to craft our spirit. We distill our spirit from pure New Zealand whey (or, as we like to call it, milk honey), then blend it with spring water from the North and South island of New Zealand. This mountainous range is home to some of the purest water in the world. The result is a smooth and well-balanced vodka that remains true to the organic flavors of its source.
BROKEN SHED VODKA IS FREE OF GMOS, ADDITIVES, CHEMICALS, GLUTEN OR ANY ADDED SUGARS.

Treaty Oak Red Handed 13 year Bourbon Whiskey 95 Proof

Red Handed is a bourbon sourced from some of our favorite distilleries across the country, aged and blened to recipe in Dripping Springs. Our whiskeys begin as pure Hill Country limestone spring water. We source organic, heirloom corn varietals from Panhandle farmers and mill them at James Brown’s bespoke Barton Springs Mill. We’ve taught ourselves more than most distillers will ever know about the process of making whiskey, steeped ourselves in its traditions, learned our lessons. But we keep wondering—and we’ve learned that wondering keeps leading us to more nuanced flavors and new ways to talk about them. Treaty Oak whiskey is a distillation of all that wonder.

Glenns Creek OCD #5 110 Proof

OCD #5 is made completely on site from cooking to bottling, and distilled using our custom pot stills. Our maturation process is more labor intensive, but we think it is worth the extra effort. Our aging process is designed to make the flavours as soft as they are pronounced, leading to a smooth and enjoyable experience. This is our most popular bourbon and the staff favourite. We are sure the you will find this to be a bourbon unlike any other!
