Crosstown Brewing Tasting Bar Takeover for Beer Thursday!
This Thursday for our Free In-Store Beer Tasting, we will be serving up delicious brews from local brewery, Crosstown Brewing Company!
From the Brewery:
Crosstown Brewing Company is a reflection of the neighborhood. It’s scrappy, quirky and driven by a passion to build something amazing. It’s a true original with a wide variety of influences, tastes and personalities. A mix of the best of the past updated to be relevant today.
We are proud to be a part of this neighborhood and this city, and that pride is reflected in our beer, our company and our people. This may have started with two guys and a big dream, but now it’s a part of something bigger: the spirit of revival and creativity. Cheers to the movement.

Special Thursday Tasting with Templeton Rye!
This Thursday afternoon, we will have Templeton Rye in the store to let you taste their delicious Ryes!
From the Distillery:
Templeton Rye has come a long way from its roots in the hidden, outlawed stills of 1920s Carroll County. The sparkling new production facility that opened this year includes an a distillery, an aging warehouse, and a visitor center that features a museum highlighting the town’s history. This distillery is a testament to our commitment to Templeton, Iowa, where The Good Stuff is made.

Friday night, we will have Grace from Love & Exile in the store to let you taste through some of their wine offerings. We will also be tasting them on Saturday if you can't make it out to see Grace on Friday!

La Belle Demone Rose
(Provence, France)
This wine is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, & Mourvedre. It spends 8-15 days in stainless steel tanks. The skin is in contact with juice for no more than 24 hours. It has aromas and flavors of strawberry, watermelon, rose petals.

This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with flavors of ripe cherries and strawberry jam. It has a nice full body and smooth dry finish.
