Laurent Perrachon et Fils Beaujolais Blanc

This Beaujolais Blanc is made with 100% Chardonnay vines that are 35 years old. It is aged in stainless steel tanks for six months. There are aromas of citrus and white orchard fruits. The round, slightly mineral and plump favors add an appealing mouth feel while offering depth, persistence and a touch of acidity on the dry and clean finish.

Let's Make Shiraz A Thing Again, Ok?
With these cooler temps we're having, Sammy & Kevin decided to bring in a few new Shiraz wines!
Miracle On The Wire Shiraz: Offers a sweetly fruited and perfumed nose, showing blackberry, spiced plum and roasted hazelnut characters. The palate showcases layers of mixed red fruits and spicy notes. The tannins are gentle and interwoven with subtle French oak characters. 15.99
Flegenheimer Bros. Shiraz: Big rich black fruits pair tightly with the dense high tannic structure of this Shiraz. Black pepper, anise and tobacco play evenly throughout the palate, ending with blackberry preserves and a lingering finish. 16.99
The Winner's Tank Shiraz: Deep red with purple hues. The fragrant nose offers abundant dark fruits with hints of cut flowers, clove, black pepper and anise. The palate is full-bodied with a plush mouth-feel, dark fruits, smooth tannins and a long finish. 16.99

Its light honey colour makes it an immediate eyecatcher. Then there’s the opalescence and fine structure of the yeast turbidity.
