Oskar Blues Brewing Tasting Bar Takeover for Beer Thursday!
For Beer Thursday this week, we are excited to have the folks from OskarBlues in the store to taste you through their beers. For every Oskar Blues product sold, $2 will be donated toward buying bikes for underpriveleged children!
From the Brewery:
In 1999 we started brewing beer in the basement of our funky little OskarBlues Grill & Brew in Lyons, CO before moving to the tin shed 20 feet away. As the Canned Beer Apocalypse kept growing we added a bigger tin box a few miles down the street in Longmont in 2008. Back then we had a batting cage, basketball court, ramps, skateboards, bikes and enough room to chuck the football & Frisbee right over our small canning line. Today that baby is plum full pumping out the best damn craft beer we can & the Tasty Weasel Taproom is running daily tours, live music, SKEE ball leagues & tapping specialty firkins & brews week after week.

BrooklynBreweryTasting Bar Takeover Friday!
This week, we are excited to have Stu, our Nashville Area Ambassador from BrooklynBrewery, in the store to taste you through their beers.

Not only does it taste good and make your meal better but we like to think that since its founding in 1988 Brooklyn Brewery has brewed flavorful beers that enrich the life, tradition and culture of the communities it serves. Its award-winning roster of year-round, seasonal and specialty beers have gained the Brewery notoriety as one of the top craft beer producers in the world.

Moonlight Meadery Tasting Friday!
This Friday, we will have the folks from Moonlight Meadery in the store to let you sample their meads!
From the Meadery:
Moonlight Meadery’s founder, Michael Fairbrother, has been perfecting his meadmaking skills since 1995.
Our world class meads and ciders are crafted with passion and love.
All of our honey is True Source Certified. The True Source Certification guarantees that our honey comes from real bee keepers that ethically source their honey. Every shipment of honey we receive is fully traceable back to the hives of origin.
Our fruit ingredients are sourced locally and sustainably. If there are no local options available (mangoes don’t grow in NH… yet) then we find the highest quality available to us. We use whole fruits when possible, if none are available then we use fruit purées or juices.
Our founder Michael Fairbrother has used the same yeast strain for over 21 years of meadmaking, Lalvin 71B. This white wine yeast strain produces incredibly smooth alcohols and can ferment up to roughly 17% ABV. The yeast makes all the magic happen, it is our job to ensure they have the ideal environment to do their work.

Saturday Tasting with RedEyeRye!
This Saturday, we will have the folks from Barsmith in the store to let you sample their locally made Rye& Coffee spirit,RedEyeRye!
From the Distillery:
RedEyeRye is a unique and versatile spirit born behind the bar in Nashville, Tennessee. Rye whiskey, 100% Arabica coffee from South America and granulated sugar are blended together to create a bold and complex spirit that is great on its own or mixed into a classic cocktail. Roasted coffee, toasted hazelnut and pepper spice make up the nose of the spirit. On the palate RedEyeRye starts with dark coffee turning into smooth vanilla and toasted nut flavor and finishing with a dry pepper spice mellowed slightly by a round sweetness. RedEyeRye is free of caramel color, grain spirit, or any other fillers or additives. Bottled at 80 proof / 40% ABV and made with pure rye whiskey using a 95% rye and 5% malted barley mash bill.

Saturday Tasting with Ketel One Botanicals!
This Saturday, we will have the folks from Ketel One in the store to let you sample their line of botanical vodkas!
From the Distillery:
