Beer Thursday!
This Thursday for our Free In-Store Beer Tasting, we will be serving up delicious beers from local brewery East Nashville Beer Works!
From the Brewery:
At East Nashville Beer Works, we try every day to make damn good beer, period.
Failing that, all the marketing in the world matters not. Our goal is to brew up excellence in a wide variety of styles, always having something interesting for each individual pallet out there. We like to describe our overall beer theme as "Balanced and Bright." Balanced malt and hop profiles, bright flavors.
We love East Nashville, and are all about community. We're a taproom centric brewery, focused on a great space and fun atmosphere that allows you to enjoy great beer and food right here with us in our building.
We will taste:

- Miro Miel Honey Blonde (4pk cans)
- Brut Willis Brut IPA (4pk cans)

Marilena Barbera Tivitti Inzola Menfi
(Sicily, Italy)
Fresh and pleasant like the briny wind blowing off of the Mediterranean. Bright straw yellow with a greenish hue. The wine has a fresh and charming bouquet of pear and almond blossoms that melt into lush and intense scents of white peach and fine herbs. On the palate, its juicy taste of white ripe fruit is well balanced by a pleasant acidity and an intense saline finish.

Marilena Barbera Nero D'Avola
(Sicily, Italy)
The wine has a bright ruby red color with intense shades of violet; its bouquet shows marine aromas, scents of mulberries and raspberries, and a touch of light spices. On the palate it is fragrant and full, with soft velvety tannins that shape a vibrant, Mediterranean personality. The lively and juicy taste of my seaside grown Nero d'Avola is perfect for enjoying a typical Sicilian merenda made of cured meat and cheeses, and with the humble blue fish of the Mediterranean: anchovies, tunafish, oven baked with potatoes and cherry tomatoes, or steamed to obtain a rich and spicy soup.

Marilena Barbera Sicilia Rosso Microcosmo

Microcosmo is a bright and complex treat. Red ripe fruits partner with the enticing balsamic scents of sweet bay leaf and mellow spices. It is soft and round on the palate. Velvety tannins and a fresh mineral structure facilitate Microcosmo’s energetic lingering taste.

Special Saturday Tasting with Boone & Crockett!
This Saturday afternoon, we will have Boone and Crockett Club Whiskies open for tasting!
From the Distillery:
When one looks across the annals of early American history, the name of Theodore Roosevelt easily jumps to mind. A forward thinking American president who saw the need for conservation early on, he had created what came to be known as the Boone and Crockett Club in 1887. Now a new line of whiskey out of Tennessee has been released to pay homage to this club and what’s said to be its continuing contributions to outdoor conservatorship.
We will be pouring from 2-5p. Come try their lineup!
