Bold Rock Cider Tasting Bar Takeover for Beer Thursday!
This week, we will have Kye from Bold Rock Hard Cider in the store to let you sample their line of delicious ciders!
From the brewery:
Our dedicated cider makers crush and craft locally picked apples to create our variety of crisp and refreshing hard cider styles. That’s true at the two cideries we built and established at both ends of the Blue Ridge, including our flagship timber frame Cider Barn in Nellysford, Virginia, as well as our newer facility in the western North Carolina mountain town of Mills River. As more people continue to enjoy our freshly crafted cider, we are still committed to preserving Bold Rock’s founding ideals: Real Apples. Real Craft. Real People.

Friday Tasting with
Red Eye Rye!
This Friday, we will have the folks from Barsmith in the store to let you sample their locally made Rye & Coffee spirit, Red Eye Rye!
From the Distillery:
Red Eye Rye is a unique and versatile spirit born behind the bar in Nashville, Tennessee. Rye whiskey, 100% Arabica coffee from South America and granulated sugar are blended together to create a bold and complex spirit that is great on its own or mixed into a classic cocktail. Roasted coffee, toasted hazelnut and pepper spice make up the nose of the spirit. On the palate Red Eye Rye starts with dark coffee turning into smooth vanilla and toasted nut flavor and finishing with a dry pepper spice mellowed slightly by a round sweetness. Red Eye Rye is free of caramel color, grain spirit, or any other fillers or additives. Bottled at 80 proof / 40% ABV and made with pure rye whiskey using a 95% rye and 5% malted barley mash bill.

Come Taste TC Craft Tequila this Saturday!
This Saturday we will have the folks from locally owned TC Craft in the store to let you taste their line of delicious Tequilas.
From the producer:
TC CRAFT began with two brothers in search of the world's finest craft tequila. After seven years of research, travel and tasting, that search ended at a small distillery in the highlands of Jalisco where the volcanic soil and climate produce the finest agave and our distiller's craft process results in what we know to be the best tequila made.
TC CRAFT offers a full range of agings of tequilas: a Blanco, our pure white tequila, a Reposado, aged just under a year, and an Anejo, aged three years, both kept in Tennessee-made oak casks.
The folks from TC Craft will be here from 2-6p. Stop by and give them a try!

This Saturday afternoon, we will have Adam Zinzer, Grain & Barrel Spirits Tennessee Market Manager, in the store to let you taste their delicious Dixie Vodka and Chicken Cock Whiskey!

Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Dixie is an all-American craft vodka only available in the Southeast. The winner of multiple consumer and trade judged awards, Dixie is fast establishing itself as The South's Best Tasting Vodka.
Originally founded in Paris, Kentucky in 1856, Chicken Cock Whiskey rose to fame during Prohibition as the house whiskey at the Cotton Club. In 2013 we brought The Famous Old Brand back and it's better than ever!
